In a new violation by the Russian forces of de-escalation deal announced in Homs rural, Russian military fighters targeted rebels-held locations in Homs northern rural last night.
The southwestern side of Talbesa city in the northern countryside of Homs was raided last night by Russian air force with one interstitial airstrike on points of rebels in the area with no reports of the toll so far, Homs Media Center reported.
