Activists from besieged Madaya town in Damascus rural have launched on last Sunday humanitarian apeals to exit a child aged 9 outside the town to be treated after being shot by a sniper where medical centers in Madaya are unable to offer any treatment for her.
Activists reported that the child was wounded last week while going to bring medicine for her sick mother so that a sniper from regime and Hezbollah checkpoint around the town had shot her.
